Candidasa is a tourist attraction located in Amuk Bay, it is popular as a diving spot in Bali. Small islands in Amuk Bay such as Gili Tepekong, Gili Biaha and Gili Mimpang gives great diving experiences for visitors, besides diving spot, it is also a great surfing spot for surfers. Candidasa is a beautiful resort located in Karangasem regency, it is about 60 kilometers from Denpasar city and it approximately take 2 hours to reach Candidasa from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Hotels, villas, guesthouses and bungalows are not hard to find around the area.
The beautiful beach is appropriate for visitors who wants to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach panorama. The beach atmosphere is relatively calm with nice sea breeze. Some parts of the beach have soft black sand and some parts also have white coral sands. There are many Gazebo and food stalls provided on the seasides which gives more relaxation for visitors. There are also traditional boats called jukung that can take visitors go near and see the small islands around the Bay, visitors can also do activities such as fishing and snorkeling. Candidasa is a good beach resort choice for foreign visitors who visit Bali.
Other Tourist attraction located near Candidasa are Tenganan, Ujung, Tirtagangga and Odessey Submarine Bali recreation where visitors can explore beautiful underwater scene, it is the only submarine in Bali and takes visitors dive 35 meters under the sea.
