Exploring The Sacred White Cow's village in Bali



As we know, Bali is beautiful island which has many unique cultures and amazing tourism destination. Taro Village is one of amazing tourism destination. This place will give you something new while having your holiday in Bali. Have you ever heard about white buffalo from Taro Village? Don’t worry, you will get all the information about white cow. 
Taro Village is located in Tegalalang District, Gianyar Regency. It will take 1.5 hours, if you stay in Kuta area or 45 kilometers. Taro Village also called by the village of white cow. The cow in Taro Village is different than the other cow in Indonesia. The characterized of this cow is has white leather and feather, the iris is limpid, the color of horn is more faded than the other, and can’t be exposed direct sunlight. Local people called this cow with Taro’s Cow which is the endemic from Taro Village. 
This unique cow having become a tourist attraction throughout the country is so far still well preserved. Even, one of the ancestral heritages is highly trustworthy because it is believed as the vehicle of Lord Shiva. Existence of this animal is purified by local community. Even, they are given a special nickname. For bulls, they are called Ida Bagus Lanang, while the heifers are called Si Luh. It is said the white cow is the descendant of the Nandini cow. To Balinese people, it poses a complementary means of ceremonies called Ngasti. 
To preserve the population, the local community is now building a cage for maintaining their health. This rare animal is made a space within an area of 5 hectares as its native habitat. The making of cage also poses the arrangement for the convenience of visitors who want to see the existence of the native animal to Taro village. 
Beside the holy white cow, Taro Village has amazing temple, as known Gunung Raung Temple You can enjoy the natural scenery of rice field and hills. Beside of that, this village will offers you the fresh atmosphere and the best place for relaxing your mind.

Another Secret White Sandy Beach You Never Visit in Bali

Bias Tugel Located in Padang Bai Village, Karangasem Regency or 57 km from I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. Bias Tugel divided 2 words, Bias means sand and Tugel means clipped, so Bias Tugel means beach which sand clipped. This name is given to this beach because the coast is flanked by big coral. The local people usually call this with Padang Bai Beach. 
If you want to visit this beach you must go to Padang Bai Harbor, and walk around 500 meter from the harbor. You must walk down footpath relatively steep and rocky. It will take too much energy, but the panorama will pay all you energy. A stretch of white sandy beach with clear blue sea water will make you life like in heaven.Majority of visitors come to this beach for snorkeling and surfing.
