Padang-Padang Beach | Bali Best Surfing Spot and Relaxation


Pecatu Village has various types of attractions such as the Green Park, New Kuta Golf and Dreamland beach. Padang-Padang Beach is another popular beach situated in Jalan Labuhan Sait. It is a beautiful beach with white stone cliffs and meadows surrounding the beach area. The beautiful and exotic beach scenery made this place as one of the Hollywood movie (Eat, Pray, Love) shooting spot, with Julia Roberts as the main character. Padang-Padang Beach is also very famous for surfers, many surfing events are held in this beach every year. It is one of the favorite spot for surfing trips in this island of God.

Padang-Padang Beach is located in Unggasan Village, South Kuta, Badung Regency. Approximately 32 kilometers from Denpasar City, this beach is about 30-45 minutes away from Ngurah Rai International Airport and about 10 minutes from Jimbaran Beach.To reach the beach, visitors must go through a cliff that can only fit one person, and go down small stairs, that makes this beach more interesting. Balangan beach is one beach between all of beautiful beach in Bali, located in Jalan Balangan Uluwatu area, Badung – Bali. It is around 1 hour 30 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport and vehicle can enter this place because this place has wide parking area and safety. This place is very wonderful, it has a beautiful blue ocean, and flanked by cliff. The cliff is 7 meters high. Above the cliff there are some view you can see, like the ocean, golf course, etc. this place is very clean and it has a good wave for surfer. The tourist come here for surfing, sunbathing, swimming and relaxing. This place is calm and peace because this place is not as crowded as Kuta. There are local people who open business here like Café, and Villa you can buy some food at that Café or you can bring your own food.
